Terms of service

Last updated: 21 April 2026

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or enrolling in Framework you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What your membership includes

A Framework membership gives you access to live AM session coverage, the pre-recorded content library, the private Discord community, and question access with the mentor. Access begins immediately on enrolment.

Subscription, billing, and cancellation

Framework is offered on monthly, quarterly, and one-time lifetime plans. Monthly and quarterly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from inside your portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.

Refunds

New UK and EU members have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of first enrolment, during which a refund can be requested by contacting the email address listed in the site footer. Outside that window, payments are non-refundable.

Intellectual property

All content made available through Framework — including lessons, recordings, written material, and chart walk-throughs — is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, reupload, or share access with anyone outside your own household.

Account termination

Framework may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, misuse of the community, or redistribution of content. In such cases no refund will be issued for the remainder of any paid period.

Limitation of liability

Framework provides educational content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Framework is not liable for trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
